Players and coaches benefit. The clubs also benefit as more players getting extra training and coach bring back knowledge

@PlayerGaelic My thinking would be to combine it, I have seen this work. Clubs provide players and put forward coaches. During dev squad training a coach developer puts club coaches through education system level 1, level 2 etc
Players are available there on hand for drills, games etc
