- Biased towards young, early people with extreme hunger and agency
- Ambition to build something of their own (founder-like thinking)

Looking to hire someone who leads our end-to-end data annotation operations.

Your job would be to work with me to make sure Human Archive (YC W26) has the best annotators and throughput for robotics data. What that includes:

- Extremely good with people
- Maintain a high bar for annotator talent
- Understands platforms, metrics and dashboards extremely well (work with our engineering team on in-house annotation platforms)
- Very good at optimising between 10 different projects running simultaneously by understanding resource allocation
- Extremely creative (come up with incentive structures and stuff to meet daily targets)
- Type A communication skills
