Gym done, housework done. Now do I drink, or just get cosy and relax?

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

Doing a gym session when you have no motivation at all is tough going

Another day, another gym session. Going from 17 stone 7 to 16 stone 4 is a big step, but to lose another 2 stone would be perfect

Dropped at 1 and a 1/2 hour gym session, now what to do with the rest of my day? Any ideas would be appreciated. Have a good'en folks

So today's question to myself is, gym session or no gym session? I ache a little from yesterday's session, but im not one for sitting about and being lazy

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

@beck1sm2 Well done 😊

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

The best gym sessions are the ones you dont want to do, but you do it anyway. Always come out feeling better and refreshed for it.

Gym session done, food shop done, house work done, now I can relax, right?

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

Could do with a night out

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

Hot chocolate, 5 miles walk followed by listening to a brass band. Happy days

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

Smashed a gym session out in 24 degrees heat. Thankfully there was air con. No pain no gain and all that though.

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

Another gym session done. Weights down for 16 11, to 16 2 in 3 weeks. Not loads to many, but its fine progress for me

[Mick Gallagher @mickgallagher7]

This gym work out stuff is getting better. Down 6lb in weight in 2 and a half week. Not loads, but we move forward
