I love how we are supposed to be ushering in a spirit of bipartisanship but it’s open season for moderates to attack progressives. When we focus on progressive policies, the American people sit up & listen - these are the things that help ppl at home, school, work - we win!
@stickermule @ejohnson859 Do you not understand what Trump promotes? Literally staged a coup, ended women’s reproductive rights, threatens contraception & LGBTQ rights, promotes people who say we can’t teach HISTORY you know, like slavery? By showing your hand in this you are saying you buy into all that!
@stickermule Oh and also - the republicans refuse any measure of gun control - please stop with your concerns for this one man’s family and worries about violence. Can we talk about parkland? Uvalde? Las Vegas? Any other attempt to regulate these weapons? We worry about this EVERY DAY
@stickermule I’ve used u guys for so long. makes me sad you interjected politics into ur business model. U cld have just sent your well wishes to the fmr pres. Progressives aren’t the ones advocating violence & controlling women’s bodies & spreading white nat’lism/hate v POC LGBTQ
@SenRickScott Don’t forget voting - @GOP certainly doesn’t want us all to have the freedom to vote. Can’t vote by mail, can’t vote if you got a sip of water in line, and then if you vote wrong they will just change the result!
If Howard Schultz can afford a $145 million, 254-foot super yacht with a helicopter pad, Starbucks can afford to give workers a living wage and good benefits.
I’m now at the hangar where the company that was paid $615k at DeSantis’s request to traffic 50 human beings across state lines is headquartered. Strange, because I was told the company was just a flight school not a human trafficking company.
When I graduated college in 1968, the typical corporate CEO got 21 times the pay of the average worker.
When I became labor secretary in 1993, the ratio was 61-to-1.
Today, the ratio is 351-to-1.
No wonder workers across America are fed up and unionizing.
I kept an open mind. I really did. But reading Judge Cannon’s ruling left my jaw on the floor in its absurdity. Unless the federalist society wants to argue that this precedent would only apply to trump, this ruling would demolish future white collar criminal investigations…
👏🏼Everything this guy says. Maga people are being duped. You are being fed a diet of racism & hate & told you don’t need good jobs or good schools or health care that works. You don’t need legislators that DO anything. Just vote them in, pay them to tell you what to fear next.
@washingtonpost Name one other medication it would have been okay for this zealot to refuse to fill on RELIGIOUS grounds. Go work for a catholic pharmacy in the Vatican or something.
@therecount How do you insult so many Americans on a daily basis and continue to get elected? “I’m for the little guy” - oh - except that little guy pouring coffee, or that little guy who had to have a cell phone to survive in the modern world. #tedsucks
@joncoopertweets He was the president whether we like it or not. A museum is an appropriate place to put them. If we try to erase history we are no better than the traitors and the holocaust deniers and the anti- “CRT” people.
@CahnEmily We sat down as a family almost every night together. Your child learns to respect eating with adults & listening to family conversations. Maybe she distracted you b/ she felt left out, lonely? Even she eats Mac n cheese while you have Brussel sprouts, it’s still worth it.
