It relates to a product delivered, but not as advertised.

Really disappointed we have not had a reply to our letter sent on 23rd July yet @GwynneMP @wesstreeting

We desperately need to meet with you to discuss the needs of the 1.8M immunocompromised patients in the UK who are still struggling and dying unnecessarily.

We are hearing now from GP's that immunocompromised patients can now only access antiviral treatments if they go into hospital or are really poorly

This really is not good enough, as by this time it could be too late. @wesstreeting @andrewgwynnemp @DHSCgovuk We need to talk. 😤

@sainsburys So, after losing my delivery slot due to online malfunction last night, I managed to get a click and collect slot for this afternoon. That was also a disaster.
We had to wait approx 25 mins for our order to come out to us & then some items were wrong. Very poor customer service!
