@81KGB@ronanpatlee@slbsn APT 1a declared some of the rules unlawful. APT 1b then ruled that the remainder of the rules were null and void (they failed the "red pen test"). So yes, City had been treated unfairly and unlawfully.
APT 2 has just been settled by negotiation.
@81KGB@ronanpatlee@slbsn You are aware that the APT rules challenged at tribunal by City were found unlawful, right (by APT 1a)? So then, is your question: Why would they challenge unlawful rules?
@ronanpatlee@81KGB@slbsn It's almost as if companies want to sponsor clubs that will give them the most brand exposure, isn't it? Like, say, via live televised events with huge global TV audiences.
Like, say, knockout stage Champions League games. Who has played the most of those in the past 10 years?
@Graham030511@slbsn@SamWallaceTel Almost, but not quite. He'd remove the Chelsea, Blackburn and City titles (PSR would have prevented all of them), leaving just United and Arsenal.
@slbsn Jim: "But, Stefan, hypothetically, what if Pep was guilty of murdering someone?"
Stefan: "Well, I don't think that's relevant to the case, but he could serve 10 - 20 years in prison were he to be found guilty of murder..."
Video Headline: PEP COULD FACE 20 YEARS IN PRISON!
Weirdest City game I can remember in a long time. Should have scored 4 in the first half, so dominant. Fell to pieces right from the start of the second half. Ridiculous, really.
@1danGaza@C0RL7@pundit_jay You're light years behind City on and off the pitch. It's not 2007 any more.
When you deny something so painfully obvious, there's a word for that: delusion.
@1danGaza@C0RL7@pundit_jay If that's true, it's embarrassing and pathetic for United to have been so far behind such a "small" club for the past 11 years. Constantly looking up at them in the table, watching them win PL after PL. That would be completely humiliating if City were a "small" club.
