I believe I was suspended because I prescribed ivermectin during the COVID 19 pandemic. On the same day, two complaints were made against me. One was from “John Smith” and the other was from Westmead Toxicology. Those complaints changed the course of my life and led to years of legal proceedings.

I am now taking my fight to the Supreme Court because I believe the issues surrounding my case deserve to be properly examined.

Would you like to know how the C19 Australian Taskforce recommends the use of Remdesivir? Oh, by the way, I am being accused of having no regard for the guidelines. 🤔

The expert witness for the HCCC was one of the members involved in drafting the guidelines, but he had never treated anyone with COVID-19. He sadly passed away 12 days after giving evidence. I do not want to be disrespectful, but the HCCC did not inform my legal team of his passing.

I raised this at my recusal hearing, and I was told by the presiding member that I had made an assumption that the HCCC was aware of that fact. I told the member that I accepted I may have made that assumption. I then turned to counsel for the HCCC and asked him to set the record straight as to whether he knew about this issue at the time.

The member immediately stopped HCCC counsel from responding to my question and said, “Do not answer the question.”

I found this difficult to understand because I had been accused of making an assumption, and I was simply trying to clarify the facts by asking the HCCC counsel directly. I believed this was an opportunity to resolve the issue immediately and ensure the record was accurate, but I was prevented from doing so.
