The incumbent Board of Directors of $WISH made decisions that appear to have caused the stock to fall by more than 98%.
After this fall in the stock price, shareholders reluctantly contacted the Foundation for Stockholder Democracy and asked the Foundation to show the WISH situation to established shareholder activist funds. Multiple shareholder activist funds took action to unlock value.
A shareholder activist was added to the Board. This shareholder activist moved to sell the operations of WISH and preserve the large NOL of WISH for the benefit of all shareholders.

$WISH appears to be a classic Buffet net net. $WISH appears to have a $100 million market cap with more than $200 million in NET cash in the bank. It is possible that shareholder activism is the only possible way to un lock value. If you want to discuss, DM us
@VijarKohli I represent the group that is exploring launching the campaign, if any shareholders would like to hop on a brief phone call please reach out.
@alii0582 @AnonMav I am aware, the returns have been brutal since IPO. I am still interested in speaking to retail shareholders though, hopefully, we can recover at least some of those losses.
@SixSigmaCapital If you own any shares please reach out, we are exploring launching a proxy battle on them to liquidate and return the capital to shareholders.
@AnonMav I represent a group that is exploring launching a proxy battle on $WISH to return the cash to shareholders at about a 3x return from current prices. Would you be willing to hop on a phone call?
