@designatednerd@kevinrj@manton We finally have Twitter photo alt text rolled out for cross-posting as of this morning. Works with Mastodon too. Thanks for your patience!
@jessprogresses @davidhoang@mantonsblog@iAWriter Yep! You can post to https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9 directly from @iAWriter. I blogged about how it works with screenshots here: https://t.co/39Fr4swnpo
We’ve posted all the Micro Camp 🏕 videos on YouTube. If you want to know what is new, check out the live opening session, The State of https://t.co/nSNi2MiK5H with @mantonsblog, @macgenie and Vincent Ritter. https://t.co/69VqFyebHD
It has been a busy last week at https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9! Manton has released the complete draft of https://t.co/1sew0JAopo, we held our 2nd https://t.co/LkjtsnC9IA event, shipped 1.0 of M.b for Android, and rolled out bug fixes to Wavelength for iOS and other parts of M.b.
Congratulations to my @microdotblog business partner Manton Reece for releasing his book Indie Microblogging!

You can read it for free online, or pre-order the PDF or print edition. (At 400 pages, it’s not a micro project. 😏)
@MelTajon We view the value more about having your own independent blog and not relying on the big social networks. The community is really important too, but it's only half the platform. (For topics, we use emoji for some things… Interested in exploring other types of topics as we grow.)
We usually update M.b a couple times a week. Recent changes:
* Added photo to the top of profile page.
* Improved how plug-in themes are handled, so other plug-ins can override smaller parts of a theme.
* Fixed uploading profile photos.
* Fixed not archiving bookmarks sometimes.
https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9 for macOS has seen a few updates since the start of 2022, adding a preview window, HTML syntax highlighting, bug fixes for drafts and photos, and a new context menu. You can see all the release notes at the Help Center. https://t.co/j03woy8UTH
If you’re using a https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9 subdomain for your blog, you can register your own custom domain in https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9 and we’ll set everything up for you automatically. Click Account → Get a Domain Name.
@AndyNicolaides Just checked and I see what happened, it was an issue with not using your custom domain name for the feed. Fixed for your blog now and everything should be working.
@WinPhanKyle@cdevroe That's cool. Best of luck! Also, if you moved to WordPress, you can use https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9 for free and connect it with WordPress or any external blog if you want. More tips here: https://t.co/YTv5b0wanO
@WinPhanKyle@cdevroe We're using an older version of Hugo, so warnf isn't available… Until we can upgrade, you'll need to edit the theme to remove those lines. Sorry I missed these messages. We rarely check Twitter and don't consider it a support channel. Email or on https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9 is best.
We've added a few features for books in https://t.co/nSNi2M19e9 and always want to add more. Help us understand how you track books you're reading with this quick survey: https://t.co/tbFZcQQa4Z 📚
@_wout_ @DanielFore Try using the https://t.co/nSNi2MiK5H platform with our Instagram-style app Sunlit too. You will only see photos in your timeline and when browsing our Discover categories. You can use the https://t.co/nSNi2MiK5H app or the web for reading posts, Twitter-style.
