We have Ruth Pfau; a woman who dedicated her life to eradicating leprosy in Pakistan, who chose to emigrate to Pakistan from Germany in 1961 when she could have a very comfortable life back there. She dedicated 55 years of her live to fighting Leprosy in Pakistan. We have countless unsung “heroines” of this land worth immortalizing on screen.
But THIS is who gets a drama? A small-time drug peddler whose only claim to fame is a few news cycles?
Instead of digging into the rich, untold stories Pakistan has produced, our writers and producers keep chasing cheap controversy for easy ratings. No original vision. No creativity to tell the stories that actually matter. Pablo Escobar at least built a narrative that shook nations.
No producer thought to make a biopic on Dr. Ruth Pfau. Thats painful.
I used to be first in getting frank, apologizing and starting a Convo when it's quiet for long. But now, I'm rude to the rude, to the point, and stubborn to the stubborn ones. Satisfying😌.
Don’t put your private life on social media. Prophet Ya’qub even told Yusuf (as) not to share his dream with his own brothers. If we’re taught to be careful even within family, imagine how much more careful we should be with the world. Not everything precious needs to be posted.
Update on the @yaqeeninstitute series on Shi'ism:
The first episode of the series, which predominantly dealt with Shi'i theology, has been brought down by Imam Tom, given certain mistakes that he acknowledged in a new video.
I would like to acknowledge this as a step in the right direction. Taking back assertions after they have gone public requires courage and honesty.
Given the high number of of people who watched the series and bc Imam Tom's video does not specify the mistakes, I have decided to keep up the response for those who may have not watched it yet.
May Allah (swta) make us all people of knowledge and grant us ikhlas in this path, ameen.

Supreme Leader Khamenei to Gulf states:
“America can’t protect you. Iran can.” New Iranian management of Strait of Hormuz will bring stability & benefits. “Future of region without American presence.”

As a taxpaying citizen, I have a question: What exactly are we paying for?
For years I have been paying my electricity bills on time. My gas bills on time. My internet bills on time. Every tax deducted from my salary and added to every purchase — also paid on time.
Yet this is what I get in return:
- Load shedding : Hours of no electricity daily and bills keep rising.
- Sui gas shortage : No gas during cooking hours.
- Slow internet : Pages don’t load, calls drop, work gets delayed. Even though my ISP bill is cleared every month.
- Burden of regional war, oil crisis, traffic jams, vip routes and lock down.
We are told shortages happen because people don’t pay. I pay. My neighbors pay. Millions pay. If theft and line losses are the issue, why is the burden on those who already pay?
If the dollar crisis is the issue, why are essential services for citizens the first to be cut? If infrastructure is old, why are new taxes easier than actual upgrades?
As a civilian widow and journalist I am not entitled for any concession. Paying citizens are not asking for luxury. We are asking for the basics we already fund: light when we flip the switch, gas when we turn on the stove, internet when we log in for work. Really need some peace in life.
Well, let me just say this: Pakistan is playing some impressive diplomacy right now. On one side, the Prime Minister visited Saudi Arabia, and on the other, Asim Munir visited Iran. These parallel engagements are definitely significant and will send a positive message. Pakistan is quickly emerging as one of the most important players in geopolitics.
