It might be an overinterpretation, but I imagine this: We've lost John and George, among many other dear ones. Hence, perhaps the phrase was intentionally left unsaid, embedding fragments of John's beautiful melody behind the guitar solo as a form of prayer.

Regarding to the part of “I don’t wanna loose you…”, many say it was "cut," but I feel that melody is well quoted in the back of guitar solo part, especially around 2:39 where the strings seem to trace the melodies of "I don't wanna lose you...". Is it just me?
