@mhp_guy I only stopped when I sold the truck. I expected something from the DMV when I sold, but nothing ever happened. I bought a new truck and got new tags after and had no issues registering it.

@mhp_guy I did this in NC with my last vehicle. In NC you have to get an inspection, and pay yearly property taxes and registration. My truck had illegal tint and I didn't want to get it inspected so I just ignored the notice. I drove for 3 years with expired tags and never got pulled.
