A) to add context to the label for a specific action
B) for any generic action (icons for external link, toggle dropdown, redirection, more action...)

In this case, this would be A, bcs the label describes the icon, therefore "editing details" isn't generic

@KC_Helix je sais pas pourquoi son nom est pas ressorti, sur Infogreffe l'acheteur des parts de prime doit forcément être dispo dans les derniers docs non ? enfin j'imagine que c'est une holding mais on devrait facilement pouvoir remonter jusqu'à l'identité du propriétaire du coup
