Derek Clark is your #4 man in Super Gas for 2019. Clark jumped out to the early Championship points lead with victories at Race # 1 & 2 at Atco. As the season progressed though, Clark was only able to capitalize on 3 round victories for the next 7 races knocking him back to 4th
Coming in 4th in Super Street is Dan Walleigh and his AMC. Dan rolled to a win at Race # 9 at Cecil, a semi-Welcome to week #7 and back home after a successful 3 days in Indy and the PRI show. We will have some more info shortly once the ink is dry on some things.

Eric Reiff or E-Man finishes in 5th. Eric kicked off the season with his only final round appearance with a runner-up at Race #2. Three other late round finishes including a semi-final finish at Race #9 had Eric as the last man standing that had a shot at catching Tom Slater.
#5 in the Super Gas ranks and Frank Volpe. Frank recorded his only points claiming final round appearance at Race # 3 at Numidia. His biggest accomplishment for 2019 was staking claim and writing his name in the books as the W&T Pipeline Top 8 Shootout presented by POR 15
5th place in Super Street is Kelli Barbato. Kelli, kicked off the season with a runner-up at Race # 1 at Atco and a runner-up on the final weekend of racing at Race # 8 at Cecil. In between those final round appearances she claimed 3rd round finishes at Race #4 @ & Race # 7.
Today, the focus is on Frank Renda Jr and his Super Street truck. Frank had a very successful year. He recorded his first runner-up at Race # 5 at Cecil County along with two 3rd round finishes at Race # 3 at Numidia and Race # 8 at Cecil. Congrats to Frank Jr & Sr.
Today, we close it out with # 9 in Super Comp Randy Winfelder Jr . Randy jumped out early with a runner-up to Johnny Smith at Race # 1. Randy’s other highlights included a 3rd round finish at Race # 9 and 2nd round finishes at Race # 4 & 7 to record another Top 10 finish.
The Mid Atlantic .90 Association will be heading to Indianapolis for the PRI show on Dec 12th to 14th. We’re looking forward to meeting with some of our great sponsors along with making some new connections to benefit you the racer! Let us know where you’ll be and we’ll say hi!
The old MASGA President recorded yet another Top 10 finish to his credit in 2019. This year Pete was able to grab 5 round wins with them all being 2nd round finishes at Race #1,2,4,8 & 9 to wheel the “Lucky’s Lady” Camaro to a 9th place finish.
2018 Super Street Champion Dom Burgese greets us today with the #9 spot. 2019 was definitely not the season Dom was looking for as the defending champion of the series as he was only able to reach the 3rd round twice which both came at his home track of Atco in July.
In Super Comp is Greg Hays. The York, Pa resident made his first final round this year losing a close battle with Kara Stine at Cecil County and Race #8. Greg also recorded a semi-final finish at Race #2 to secure his first Top 10 in the series!
Bob Keister’s is #10 in Super Gas for 2019. His highlights included a semi-final finish at Race # 4 at Cecil County & a Semi-Final finish in the Top 8 Shootout. He also claimed 2nd round finishes at Race # 7 & 8 to claim his first Top 10 finish in the series.
Today, we honor #10 in Super Street for 2019 Neal Vaccaro. This is Neals first Top 10 finish with the series as he was able to record 3 - 3rd round results at Race # 6, 8 & 9 to help vault himself into the Top 10 despite missing the first two races of the season at Atco.
@LitAndLoud Unfortunately Mike a lot of promoters have tried to do such events with no support. I tried in 2012 & 2013 with .90 & Stk/Ss, Mike Beard tired with a Stk/SS race in Ohio 2 years back and was poorly attended. People are just set on the NHRA wagon
The 2019-20 Mid Atlantic .90 Banquet is right around the corner on Feb 22nd, 2020 @ MEI Catering In Trevose, Pa. Tickets are just $25 and the Pre-Party will be held at the Hampton Inn In Bensalem just up the road!
