We have three runs next week:

- Wed 6/19, 7:30 am start for Juneteenth, at Rabaut
- Thu 6/20, 6:30 am at the track

NASA's Perseverance rover spent 3 years exploring the Martian surface. A clever map from the Post placed the rover's 15 mile path atop a map of DCโwe figure, if you can map the route, why not run it?
@imagineterrain It's on! We'll run it later this spring. Start at the Washington Monument, bop around the Mall, and work our way north. We'll post more with a date and more details. Everyone's welcome, of course.

We're canceling our runs on Wed 1/17 and Thu 1/18 because we expect that sidewalks will be slick with ice. Hope you can get out later and enjoy the snow!
We expect that the storm will have blown through overnight, and we'll be running at our usual 6:30 am on Wednesday. (Sunrise is climbing earlier again, too!)
With the return of Standard Time on Sunday, it'll be light again in the mornings. Come run with us next week and catch the sunlightโ6:30 am, Mon/Wed at Rabaut Park, Thu at the track.
We have a special spooky Halloween workout, Thu 10/26. Instead of track, we'll meet at 6:15 am at Rabaut Park, then jog over to the Exorcist Steps in Georgetown for stair repeats. Back to Adams Morgan by ~7:30.
The Zoo Loop trail goes back to 7 amโ5 pm hours for the fall/winter. (We'll keep running through there in the morning as long as light allows!) https://t.co/I2cgxNd61M
