This is deeply important for one main reason which you will not have conceptualised before; Most people's ideas of what they are capable of, or the ideas other people push onto you about what you are capable of, are based on 20+ years of lowly and mediocre effort across time which is simply, a poor standard to base yourself and your efforts on.
If you believe every single unit of work you do is going to return immensely beautiful things across time then the realistic outcome of that is you're going to do so much work and you're going to do so much output that you will inevitably bend the world into your favour in a far greater degree than you would have otherwise, belief produces it's own separate powers in the human organism that the naysayer will never find because they are too busy looking at everything around them to give them the answers without realising the answers can ONLY true be found through WORK, nothing else is first party data
It is your effort and your willingness to confront the unknown and to build plans which actually creates your ability to do great things; you can never find the edge of your potential unless you first believe you haven’t actualised anywhere near it at all, that belief has to be protected at all costs as it is the outer shell which protects your potential
Most people put their beliefs in stone before they have accumulated any real data and they fall to the level of their private self image more so than what they could actually do if all of the negative programming was removed; who says you have to be small? who says you have to live a life you truly dont want to live?
You, you are the only person who can relinquish that power to fully accept your fate and to fully accept that the situation you are in; YOU MUST FIGHT BACK
If you have never had an extended period of focus where you just lock everything unproductive out and attack for 3 months all out, there is literally no way you can know who you truly are or what you are currently able to do beneath all the negative programming

@Zygomatic03 Personally love the “power duo” available from them. It’s 200 moda + 50 armoda. You get the dynamism of the moda (vs ‘flatter’ feeling of straight armoda), then the 50mg armoda keeps you chugging along through the back half of the day
@BasedBiohacker Actually I think that IS the acute part, ha! Noticed it mid way through my AM lift on day ~2-3, and everyday since. The part that built up more slowly and NOW is very noticeable is better overall energy/resilience despite serious lack of sleep (work in finance and have kids 😂)
This is just part of my larger stack (more to come there). But man, what a world of difference. I feel like a human again on my off days. I feel like a better husband, father, and performer. For anyone on the fence about trying this out, I promise it’s worth a shot
Prescribed adderall. Have been using it 5x a week for going on 8yrs, and my body and brain just started feeling run down way more often than not. Especially on days when I didn’t take it.
Found @BasedBiohacker & @limitlesstack and decided to experiment with the following:
- Modafinil (200mg moda + 50mg armoda, in a single tablet)
- Bromantane daily (50-100mg via dropper or capsule)
- Citicoline
Feel like I have reclaimed my life
