@iMatti_@greendragonhq There's no misunderstanding the truth. MLB issued a warning. The only interpretation involved was whether all players had been issued similar warnings in the past, or only the Christian ones.
I didn't fall for propaganda; it's typical for sports teams to require all players to wear the theme uniform. I was happy to learn that the Giants allowed the players to choose.
And the players that added the Genesis verse didn't disagree with the symbol. They simply wanted to express the original message of the rainbow.
@shellshockkk It's not racist; it's viral. A man named Willie Reynolds (Silly Willie) started selling them out of his truck at the beach in May for $20, and the internet spread the word.
Because the California debacle is a state issue, not a federal one. If California wants to allow random people on the street to cast ballots in their in-state elections, they have that right.
I believe that we need a Federal Election Day. No other elections can take place on that day, and the rules for it are set by the federal government.
@sfchronicle I see the word "WELCOME" scrolling across the entrance. Pretty sure that covers anyone who's interested in attending that day's baseball game. It's not necessary to attach a group name to that welcome, because it's extended to all fans.
I can't imagine a sadder life than one which awaits someone's demise.
I'm "just waiting" on so many wonderful things in life. A gorgeous sunny day in June, spending time with loved ones and friends, relaxing with a good book (as well as the Good Book!) -- I just don't have time to focus my attention on someone I don't like.
I hope this lady finds something to smile about.
@ChrisVanHollen That's not the flex you think it is, Senator. It means that 770,000 children's PARENTS either no longer qualify for assistance because they are now able to provide food for their children without it, or that they were never eligible to receive assistance in the first place.
