@British_Airways after no case for 5 days compensation claim went in but absolutely no confirmation or information after two more days! BA you are so disappointing

@British_Airways once again such disrespect from BA one of 65 lost bags on flight to Atlanta April 1. No bag no contact from BA but may receive Monday 4days later as they do not deliver over the weekend! No confidence I will see again.

@British_Airways just arrived Atlanta from Heathrow 65 bags missing including mine. Crew promised support in Atlanta. Totally let down BA no more having been customer for 30yrs. Why??
