I reached out to Topps for a status update on this damaged card submission from way back in 2022. I wanted that J Rod SP, but I guess I don’t really have a choice? Looking for feedback on the substitute replacement @CardPurchaser

Thanks for the replies. I think it’s a very fair replacement as well. Here’s the original damaged card with a bent corner just for reference. At the time there was a lot of hype around this “unofficial” first J Rod RC.

@TigreGuayaba @CardPurchaser In 2022 it was a form I had to print and mail in. Now it’s an online form. I did receive a postcard from Topps a few months after I mailed in the card (along with a couple others) that they “needed more time to process” the J Rod
