Bury had 17 years in the top flight before WW1, Bradford had 14 back then and 2 in 99-01 making a total of 16 years (which itself impresses no one, including me). And you last won the FA Cup before the Ford Model T went into production. Bless.

Huddersfield may be a more successful club than Bradford historically, but they’re not a bigger club and haven’t been since the 80s
