Morning meeting after a break always hits different. We love having the time to catch up and just talk! We missed these kids! It’s the impromptu moments we will always cherish! @midgleyDIS

Today we made our own ice cream! First we made a solution of cream, vanilla, and sugar. Then we shook our solution in a bag of salty ice. We got to see our liquid turn into a delicious solid! 😋🍦@MissWarnerDIS

It was an action-packed day at @Discovery_elem with Open House & Back to School Night! We loved seeing so many returning Trailblazers and welcoming the new ones. 💙 Can’t wait for Thursday! 3rd grade, here we come! @midgleyDIS

Our second graders have been asking us all year if we can go to third grade with them… today we were able to tell them YES!! @midgleyDIS & I are moving on up to 3️⃣rd, with our sweet students.🧡 Excited to learn & grow in a new grade!!

Reviewed fractions today in the 202 Pizzeria! We had a blast creating pizza orders, identifying fractions and designing our own pizzas. @midgleyDIS

Gus and room 202 went on a safari today looking for sneaky camouflaged consonants! They collected so many words from around the room and in their books! @midgleyDIS @TCRWP
