The bus was starting at 10:25 AM [ Ticket no. TUA550628450 ] . The bus conductor said it was not their responsibility and that it was booked under different bus. Both were @ksrtc buses. What's the use of booking bus seats if in cases like this, we are not offerred any benefits

@keralasrtc @ksrtc I had booked bus from kottayam to kozhikode for my family members on Monday . During the journey the bus driver had a health issue and had to stop the bus. They got transferred to a different bus, but were not offered booked seats

@flipkartsupport I ordered a Samsung s22 phone during the big billion sale. It had an overheating issue. When I tried to return it, flipkart support told me to contact the Samsung service. The service center checked and said they have submitted the complaint to flipkart.
