This is relatable.
I think it's important to understand that not everyone needs to be the event planner, and you shouldn't feel bad if that doesn't come naturally.
BUT, it also needs to be done by someone. If you don't have that in your circle, putting in extra effort now and then to step into that role may pay great rewards.
Go easy on yourself, but if you have healthy friendships, maintain them at all costs. They're worth it.
Both can be true ๐
@SteveSutiibu@Creetosis22 ๐ซก
The irony is I'm one of the most introverted in my friend group. I am very awkward and uncomfortable with new people.
But I always treasure being around my old friends and will take any opportunity to do so. So I invite them over frequently and it's great.
@Swalas420 All the talk about "should" is just armchair philosophy.
People will do exactly the things that seem worth the costs.
No matter what anyone thinks SHOULD happen, this is what WILL happen.
If men are working less, you can infer things about the cost/benefit they're seeing.
@404_Griffin Nah dude it's actually canon, at least for some dolls!
In the first game, many of MG3's lines are her complaining about her chest being too big. But after her neural mod, one of her lines changes to this:
@ArmedJ0y I've so far avoided CN story reveals and read every EN story.
I've never once "noticed" anything weird about the EN release order or felt like I'd been spoiled on anything.
Gacha fans moan about the dumbest things. Never fails.
@multiplanet1 The "rocket blowing up = failure" thing is just a narrative.
During the testing phase, the entire point is that they purposely fuck with the rocket, taking off a bunch of tiles, purposely causing failures, etc, to see if other systems can compensate.
Imagine you meet an alien race and they've never met a human before.
You say "my name is Tim." They call you Tim.
Then they meet more humans, and call them "the Tims." This Tim is named Alex. This Tim is named Angela.
What was the question?
Oh right, anyway Nintendo has remaining suspiciously silent on the reproductive mechanisms and thus sex of Yoshis as a species.
@Timcast Think it's worth throwing out there that Yoshi is also the name of the species.
Probably depends on the canon, but for example in Super Mario RPG there are many Yoshis of various colors and names. But the only one who can speak Mario's language happens to be named Yoshi.
@AIandDesign@Meta Some say that anything that gets automated is good because it frees up workers to do more for humanity.
Some say it will become a crisis of meaning.
Either is plausible.
If you're really in the former camp, this would be the time to rejoice. Right?
@AdrianDittmann I think the more stuff is cheaply automated, the more of a status symbol it will be to hire humans.
A self-handicap that also is virtue signaling and has popular appeal.
Doesn't change that supply/demand will crush pay...
@solodoncos >chart, showing nemesis reaches skk's forehead
>screenshot, showing nemesis reaches skk's forehead
Keep in mind the chart is isometric, and in-game camera angles and forced perspective matter. They're the same height as in the chart.
@LizzyStarrrdust Critical add: women are apparently deeply misled about its affects.
@grok can pull the reference.
Study, women given testosterone treated others more fairly, unless they were told it was testosterone, in which case they behaved more selfishly, even if it was a placebo.
@HaruhiismOtaku Bide your time and take it easy. The robots are on the way.
Pretty soon, you'll pay for the service of having a baby with a professional womb-provider, and then you'll raise the child with your android wife.
I'm not saying that world will be better. Just that it will exist.
@AdrianDittmann >approached by suspiciously attractive woman who hangs on your every word about autistic nothings
>"Hey intelligence community, got any fake narratives i can use to catfish this woman?"
Win-win, easy.
Bet the CIA wouldn't let me keep the CCP cash bribes but w/e
@AdrianDittmann Probably doesn't happen more often just because crafting compelling and plausible detail-rich data that is sufficiently detached enough to not give real info away is tricky as hell.
I'd love to hear from the people who pulled that off what that was like.
@Templarpilled Even if nagging DID have value, it's dirt simple to add that in.
Not sure why she's convinced that THIS would be the uniquely impossible thing for bots to mimic.
This guy literally already did it ๐
