@WestMidRailway so I divide today to leave the car at home and use the train from Shirley into town. The Mrs told me not to because of how unreliable the the service is. Now guess who’s having to get picked up from town like a Mug. Yup me. 21:31 Cancelled

@midlads I've been getting their trains the entire time and it's been a nightmare. Every day there are multiple cancellations due to "lack of train crew". It's definitely worse these days...

@DroitwichLefty Before Covid there excuse for everything was ‘lack of carriages’ etc. They always promised that when the new ones arrived things will be improved... well they are here and nothings changed.

Fortunately I haven’t been on the train since March 2020. Today I am getting the train to go for some drinks in town. Pull up the app... next train. Delayed. One after that. Delayed. Glad to see absolutely nothing has changed with West Midlands Railway.

In disused tunnels underneath Dudley's surface, something exciting is happening. We're laying the test tracks for Very Light Rail, which will be rolled out in Coventry. Another shovel ready scheme underway creating more local jobs and better connecting the region.

@ItsWhitehouse Yes I use the platform to hold them to account as much as I can. Majority of commuters don’t have a way of holding WMR to account. Not something you obviously know about. Trying commuting 6 days a week using them and then you will understand.
