Hi, I'm Ashley Ghose, Balance Life Strategist, and Coach as well as Lead assistant for the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition.
Today, I'd like to share my Life Hack in Action. The Life Hack I use to support my wellbeing is Life Hack Number 17, Mindful Movements.
Mindful Movement is movement that allows me to mentally focus on where my body is in space and be in the present moment. This practice reduces my stress and grounds me for the day.
