We are looking for TWENTY lucky athletes to represent the Midlands and pull on the famous green and white vest at the Cardiff 5k. We are taking no less than 4 teams.

As guidance senior men should be running 14m45s or below; U20 men 16m00s or below; senior women 17m00s or below and U20 women 18m30s or below. Applications close on Monday 21st March and teams selected by end of March.
