Why is Bonta preventing me from exposing possible election fraud?
Evidence of possible voter fraud in the Prop 50 election landed on my desk.
I did my job — got a legal warrant signed by a judge so we could simply count the ballots.
That’s it. Count them.
Then AG Rob Bonta ordered me to stop. I refused.
No Attorney General in 250 years has the power to shut down a lawful investigation just because he says so.
He lost in Superior Court.
He lost in the Appellate Court.
Now he’s at the highest court demanding something never argued before: the power to kill any investigation he wants — into his friends, donors, or allies.
His lawyers still can’t explain the 45,000-vote discrepancy.
They just say “it doesn’t exist” and claim the Sheriff found no evidence of fraud.
Of course we didn’t. Bonta stopped the investigation before we could finish.
So I’ll ask you:
Why not just let us count the ballots?
What is Rob Bonta so afraid of?
This is pure lawfare against me for looking under a rock I clearly wasn’t supposed to look under.
I’ll keep fighting.
Will you stand with me?
