This is indeed an amazing film, with Misumi strolling into Fukasaku territory the same year as Battles Without Honour and Humanity. Sadly, it's a Toho title, which greatly reduces chances of a release.

It was hardly reported, but Sion Sono’s criminal complaint against actor Yuki Matsuzaki was dismissed by the police last December. Now Sono has also withdrawn his appeal to the outcome of his previous civil suit against the actor (1/2)

【裁判終結のご報告】
園子温氏が私（松崎悠希）との民事訴訟の一審判決で、「故 千葉美裸さんへの性加害」と「園氏が性的関係と引き換えに俳優を作品に出演させていたこと」が裁判所に認定されたことを不服として控訴していた件ですが、2026年2月28日、園氏が控訴を取り下げたと裁判所より連絡がありました。これにより、一部の名誉毀損を認め、私に22万円の支払いと投稿の削除を命じた一審判決が確定します。なお、下記添付投稿で、今回確定した判決文を読むことができます。

▪️園氏からの刑事告訴（侮辱）について

また、私が園子温氏を「パワハラ・セクハラ監督」「性加害者の監督」と呼んだことに対し、園氏が「侮辱だ」と刑事告訴していた件は、2025年12月9日付で不起訴処分となっています。

昨年5月16日に一審判決が出て、同30日に園氏から控訴状が提出されてから、私は彼が「控訴理由書」を提出するのを待っていました。控訴審が開かれるということは、一審で唯一認められなかった「ワークショップで出会った女優に…」という部分を改めて証明するチャンスだと考えたからです。そのため私は、「ワークショップで…」という部分も証明できる数々の証拠や証言を集めていました。

園氏は刑事でも私を侮辱罪で訴えてきていたため、検察からの取り調べの際、私は控訴審のために集めていた「ワークショップで出会った…」という部分も裏づける証拠や証言を、担当検事さんにお見せしました。検事さんはその場で「これを踏まえた上で、もう一度園氏に話を聞く」と仰っていました。ここから先は私の推測ですが、園氏は控訴審を進めれば、私が「附帯控訴」で反撃し、「ワークショップで出会った…」という部分まで裁判所に認定される可能性がある…その展開を避けるために、取り下げを選んだ可能性があると思っています。

▪️園氏による名誉・人格への攻撃について

園氏は、私が2022年3月に彼の性加害を実名告発してから、いくどとなく私のことを「嘘つき」と呼んできました。昨年5月27日に日本外国特派員協会で開かれた記者会見では、

『松崎悠希に対しては侮辱罪で刑事告訴しており、現在、彼は書類送検されました。』

と高らかに宣言し、自分は被害者であり、松崎こそが加害者である、という印象工作をしました。

これらの園氏による人権侵害発言を「侮辱・名誉毀損」で刑事告訴することは、出来なくはないでしょう。しかし当初より私の目的は、裁判というプロセスを通じて、彼による長年の性加害を証明することでした。その目的が果たされた今、私はこれ以上、彼と法廷で戦う意義を感じません。よって、彼を刑事告訴することは考えていません。

…以上により、私と園氏との法廷での戦いは、すべて終了いたしました。

3年半にわたって私のことを応援して下さってきた皆さま、私のために戦って下さった藤田紀彦弁護士、早野貴文弁護士、安田善紀弁護士、そして、園氏から受けた性被害のフラッシュバックという苦しみを抱えながらも証言して下さった被害者の方々に、心より感謝申し上げます。

そして、故 千葉美裸さん。告発をしてから、激烈な二次加害を受け続け、どれほど苦しかったことでしょう。しかし、我々は勝ちました。あなたが勇気をもって証言して下さった内容が、裁判所に「真実である」と認定されました。あなたが声をあげて下さったおかげで、これから俳優を目指す若い人たちは、性加害に怯えずに夢を追えるようになりました。どうぞ、安らかにおやすみ下さい。

▪️報道の方々へ

あなた方はこの3年半、一体何をしていたのですか？園氏が2022年に私を訴えて、2025年5月に判決が出るまで、私のこの孤独な戦いを報じたメディアが一社でもありましたか？ジャニーズ問題で「報じないこと」を反省したはずではなかったのですか。ジャーナリストとして、あなたたちはそれで良いのですか？

今、漫画界で性加害が大きな問題として取り上げられています。私の裁判でも、園氏による性加害が事実として認定され、彼が「作品」を使って俳優たちに手をかけていたことも、裁判所によって認定されました。漫画界と同じように、映画界で起こった性加害も報じて下さい。映画界で起こる性加害を「ゴシップ扱い」せず、「社会的事件」として扱って下さい。政治家に対して独自取材するように、映画界での性加害も独自取材をして、加害者を暴き出し、報じて下さい。社会的弱者のために戦う…それが「メディア」の本来の姿のはずでしょう。報じて下さい。

▪️日本映画監督協会の方々へ

あなた方はこの3年半、一体何をしていたのですか？あなた方は2022年7月28日に「わたしたちは、いかなるハラスメントについても反対します」という声明を出しました。その中に、このような記述があります。

『長い日本映画・映像の歴史の中で、過去にハラスメントがあったことは否めません。その事実を真摯に認め、今後はそのようなことがないように意識改革に務め、ハラスメントの根絶を目指します。また、制作現場におけるいかなる暴力も許さない環境づくりを目指します。』

この3年間で、何か具体的に「監督によるハラスメントの根絶」に向けて行動されたんですか？ぜひ、その活動内容をお聞かせ下さい。それとも、ただとりあえず「出しただけ」の声明だったんですか？

あなた方の団体がまずすべきことは「過去の清算」です。あなた方が憧れた「名監督」たちの行ってきた俳優に対する性加害やハラスメントをまず認め、団体として、俳優に真摯に謝罪することです。その「清算」なくして、あなた方が信用されることはありません。

そして今、目の前に「日本の監督が行った性加害を裁判所が認定した」という事実があります。団体として声明を出して下さい。加害者を、加害行為を、非難して下さい。もし本当に「ハラスメントの根絶」を目指しているのであれば「行動」でそれを示して下さい。

▪️最後に

私は4年前、自分の俳優としてのキャリアをすべて捨てて、日本の業界の暗部に正面から戦いを挑みました。私のキャリアを捨てることで日本の業界が改善されるのであれば、それは悪い交換条件ではない、と考えたからです。結果、日本の業界はいくぶんか改善されました。大手スタジオからは「ハラスメント撲滅宣言」が出され、「リスペクトトレーニング」が導入されました。

しかし私は、全然まだまだだと思っています。

そもそも、今回のような監督による性的搾取が起こった原因は、日本の業界が「フェアなオーディション」を行わないからです。「フェアなオーディション」を行わず、「監督に気に入られる」ことでしか役が貰えない環境では、監督が俳優に対し、性的搾取を行いやすくなります。

それから、「自分の有料ワークショップに参加した俳優の中から選ぶ」という「有料オーディション」は、「自分にお金をくれる俳優を優先的にキャストする行為」…つまり「賄賂」です。この不健全きわまりない悪習を根絶し、「フェアなオーディション」を開くことで、健全なる業界作りを行う必要があります。

「フェアなオーディション」をしましょう。

しかし、と言っても、日本の業界ではそもそも「オーディション」自体が根付いていないため、ここでもよく「監督・演出部によるハラスメント」が起こります。

そこで、一つ提案をします。

今後、大作映画・大作ドラマのオーディションは、「演出部」で行うのではなく、海外のように、「オーディションのプロ」である「キャスティングディレクター」に運営してもらうことを常習化しましょう。

「キャスティングディレクター」は「オーディションのプロ」ですから、演出部よりもオーディション運営に慣れています。そして「仕事を休んでまでオーディションに来てくれた俳優」たちに対するリスペクトと愛情を持っています。だからこそ「オーディションで起こりうるハラスメント」を防止できます。

あなたが本当に日本の映画界の未来を考えるなら、制作時の予算に、フェアなオーディションを行う費用…「キャスティング費」を入れて下さい。

私の裁判は、日本の業界が近代の映画産業へと変貌していく過程の「点」に過ぎません。

業界一丸となって、共に変えていきましょう。
