@TwitchSupport@Twitch Case #10025387 - This is now the third time your integrity check endpoint has locked me out of logging in on Firefox. I have provided full diagnostic data previously. Your support agents have not read a single one of my messages, repeatedly asked me to do things I already did, and told me to check anti-virus software that does not exist on Linux. No one has escalated this to engineering. Can an actual engineer please look at this?

Over 3 replies I've been asked for the same information I already provided, sent generic troubleshooting steps I explicitly asked you not to send, and now asked for a screenshot of text I already gave in a more useful format.
Your support agents are not reading my messages. I should not have to disable addons, switch networks, and hope your integrity endpoint decides to let me log in. Can someone from engineering actually look at this? Every time I reach out to Twitch support it is a frustrating experience.
