Apparently, it was taken from the original owner two years ago before being sold to me. Up until today, I had no knowledge of the fact. Now that I know, I want to return it to its rightful owner.

@thomaskaine5 Yup. Too many people in my neighborhood refuse to take COVID seriously. Too many businesses around me are only reading what they want to read of the CDC’s recommendations. I don’t trust people or businesses near me to do the right thing.
