@KastleCapital Use Claude code with Opus 5.5 tell it to use hyper frames, put it on xhigh, and tell it to make it amazing. That’s literally it. If you want sound effects / music use envato, for voice use eleven v4 (free rn) or Gemini 3.8 flash TTS (also free rn)
@akoekemoer@designprejudice Dot is not made to replace your codex. Think of it like a plugin to your previous workflow. It can spin up codex threads for you to do the computer use and orchestrate it, but it is not made to replace it. But you don't want it to, bc codex is also a great product anyway.
Dot is extremely underrated and I think it's hard for most people to understand why
Dot is NOT better than Codex and it is NOT better than Claude code.
It is different.
Dot is the frontier's interpretation of OpenClaw/Hermes and it is a MUCH better product (more below)
@asiyetajwa@JesseEvansce@SauerMichal87 Yeah powerful models will occasionally do things they shouldn't. I had to put very explicitly in agents.md not to do anything dumb with my emails because it had in the past lol
@asiyetajwa@JesseEvansce@SauerMichal87 Here’s my speculation (and I could be very very wrong) Astra 6.1 was meant to be launched on dev day, accidentally hacked something it shouldn’t have, so they delayed it. Dot was built for 6.1 so it’s less effective but when it’s out I can imagine it being insane
@sciguy 7 max plans with OpenAI dude you are a G. I have a hard time adding more bc I just don’t trust Astra / 6.1-sol with code and design unfortunately. Like opus is truly insane and makes no sense to me at all, even video editing which I didn’t think was possible
Hermes agent is so overrated
The first time I started using openclaw I really felt the magic
Then everyone and their grandma started tweaking about how good Hermes is on X so I tried to set it up so many times
It’s cool and all but it’s not a generational harness.
6/10.
@sciguy I’m at a theatre rn to watch a play and I have dot managing 3 codex threads and 6 Claude threads to improve an app I’m working on, checking my email hourly, responding to bs inconveniences I don’t feel like doing, and working on compliance. It’s really just so convenient.
@sciguy Yeah for sure slack I think is the right play here, I see those gcs all the time. I’m not sure about telegram if I’m gonna use telegram it’ll be Hermes/openclaw tho I just don’t love telegram as an interface but it’s good
@ChrisBolivarAI Honestly Christian, it's just 10000x more fun dude. I literally can't wait to boil water and make cool stuff that solves mine and my client's problems. I love it man and I've never been more productive
@akoekemoer@designprejudice Sure! Just
