We have a new virtual care service, @CareConvene.
It offers a free six-month pilot period to all MHC participants that need a virtual care solution or want to compare their current solution against Care Convene.

We have selected and partnered with Aunt Bertha (@findhelporg) to deploy new #SDoH tools beginning January 2022.
MHC will roll out the integrated social care referral platform to all MHC provider participants and any community-based organizations at no additional cost.

Our advisory committee was created to ensure MHC participants have the opportunity to represent the MHC market and provide recommendations and feedback to @VelaturaPBC.
