Very disappointed @cltairport and @americanair. On our way to Amsterdam via CLT, with a 3-hour layover, none of 4 checked bags made it to Amsterdam on time. On the way home, all bags at CLT, and with a 4-hour layover, one of our bags didn’t make the final leg home - what gives?
