Hi, my name is Esther Ubak. I came all the way from Akwa Ibom State to Lagos for an exhibition, full of hope and excitement, dreaming that this trip would open doors for my craft and creativity.

A lot of young guys hear money online and immediately start chasing the latest shiny hustle.

Today it is dropshipping, tomorrow it is crypto, next week it is some course selling another damn course.

That constant switching keeps men broke because they never stay long enough to master anything.

The real move is to pick one direction and build real value around it.

That might be a skill like copywriting, video editing, coding, marketing, or design.

Or it might be building a small business online that solves an actual problem for people.

The internet rewards men who create systems that work even when they are not actively sitting there grinding every minute.

But before that happens, you have to go through the boring phase where nobody is watching and progress feels slow.

That is the phase where most people quit because their attention span is completely destroyed.

A disciplined man treats that stage like training camp.

You improve your skill every day, you study the market, and you keep producing work even when nobody claps for it.

Eventually competence starts stacking up, and suddenly opportunities appear that other men cannot even see.
