@Safaricom_Care the network in Naivasha is still intermittent, although I see you claim it is resolved since a while ago? Please update us on actual plan for restoring service.

@KenyaPower_Care I really think it’s poor form suggesting we add a third method for reporting power outages when we cannot work and our food is going to waste. We already reported via the *977# like you suggested when we gave notifications via direct messages and nothing happened 🤷🏼♀️
@KenyaPower_Care What happens to the complaints when they are logged at *977# ? I have the feeling it’s not reported to anyone, just like with your DMs and in the meantime the days go by with no power. Are there any plans in place to actually start caring?
hello @KenyaPower_Care it’s been 48 hours and no resolution - you’ve given me two case numbers on DM none of them are resolved - we are your hostages and there is no explanation or action from your side other than telling me to “allow you to follow up”. What choice do we have?!
@KenyaPower_Care no reply regarding our power outage still, I sent you a DM 10 hours ago, and it’s been 20 hours without electricity now - in the last week we’ve had power for less than 72 hours...
