Which is fairly normal for US negotiators. It's why the US has so few decent trade deals.

In the east, the use of tactical nuclear weapons on Japanese city centers stopped the war so the Soviets wouldn't take large parts of China.

If you think this was a disagreement about the mineral deal, you have no idea what happened. Trump was putting pressure on Zelensky to make major concessions, probably agree to Putin's demands, and get no security for Ukraine in return. And Zelensky had the courage to say "no".

I imagine a deal like that. Full "equivalence" in food standards, heavy restrictions on labelling, ISDS panels, ...
If they want to put the boot in, they can come up with more.

@_Plac3_hold3r @LDHMarketing @shashj The trade deal that the first Trump administration proposed was pretty bad. They "negotiated" for two years, but according to UK negotiators, it was like talking to a wall. They were just demands.
