@gulleyse I have been wanting to read this for awhile now, after taking a class on Da Vinci in eighth grade. I will definitely pick it up soon! #apir

@sungellu @tomfriedman This sounds like an interesting read. So often we stuck learning about things from America's perspective. #apir

Thank you for teaching me about the Vel' d'Hiv Roundup @tatianaderosnay. Your book, Sarah's Key, really opened my eyes about some of the horrors of the Holocaust that I never knew about. #apir

Like emotional, mysterious books that force you to connect the past and present? Read Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay! This story, which involves a 10-year-old Jewish girl's struggle in WWII Paris, is a great read for anyone who is curious about the Holocaust. #apir

@gulleyse Fear acts as a stimulus and a survival tactic. Without anything to fear, we would have no need for strength or intelligence. #ap17vm

[Elyse Migdal @migdalel_pv]

@sumereal Personification can sometimes act as a metaphor to the events occurring in the story. Be sure to look out for that! #ap17vm

[Elyse Migdal @migdalel_pv]

@JuliaGuskind In the book I read, the protagonist experiences the end of the world. If at the end there is nothing, can life truly have meaning? #ap17vm

[Elyse Migdal @migdalel_pv]

Is the narrator trying to sell the Time Traveler's story? He has a meeting with the publisher. #ap17vm

[Elyse Migdal @migdalel_pv]

All of humanity's problems seem insignificant after experiencing the end of the world. #ap17vm

[Elyse Migdal @migdalel_pv]

There seem to be some missing details in the story, making me question the plausibility of some of the events. #ap17vm

[Elyse Migdal @migdalel_pv]

The Time Traveler likely sees the Morlocks as monsters because he lives with servants instead of working in the factories #ap17vm
