@Tesla @elonmusk there has to be a better way to schedule service than the app. Since it started getting a live person is impossible. A issue that can be handeled by a ranger but the earliest appt is 6/16. So I’m supposed to crawl over my seats for the next week in a 100k car?

So after a collections experience with @ATT they erroneously bundled my 15+ years of @DIRECTV service with an internet service I never received and then sent me to collections the whole thing is a fiasco. #att is too big and navigating though their system is a nightmare. #attfail
