Your Excellency, Nigeria is owned by foreign companies, controlled by foreign entities and that’s why foreign powers can threaten us why we have a president on the throne. Our dependence on foreign hospitals, foreign defence equipment, foreign exchange, foreign experts, foreign furniture and sometimes foreign girlfriends will RUIN us because no foreign entity can be patriotic to Nigeria. Please find INTELLIGENT NIGERIANS in foreign lands especially those in technology and bring them home. Create a National Security Technology Council - led by a hands-on technologist with experience in military technologies, drones and intelligence systems. Give the council the power to build, advise, attract investments and deploy local solutions for local problems. Make them the think tank of your administration. Trump got Elon Musk to create a Task force made up of America’s finest Geniuses among whom were hackers. That was how POTUS set the tone for his 2nd coming.
