@LostTurntable I looked into having my tonsils out, I guess there on the large side, but I have had multiple ENTs tell me opposite opinions on that one. One also suggested deviated septum surgery. IDK it all sucks. I've just gotten used to the CPAP.

@LostTurntable I have been using my CPAP for at least 5 years and it has made a huge difference. I have very severe sleep apnea though. According to my sleep study, I stopped breathing an average of 110 times an hour.
