We’re talking about allegations carrying potentially devastating consequences for one of the world’s biggest football clubs. Yet the public is asked to accept the conclusions of unidentified decision-makers, reached through proceedings conducted behind closed doors, based on evidence that remains concealed.
And we’re supposed to regard this as a triumph of transparency and fairness?
Rather than wait for City—which maintains that the decision is factually and legally incorrect—to complete its appeal, the media and punditry, including former players associated with the Incumbent Four, are demanding immediate and severe punishment.
Many have spent years treating allegations as established facts. Now they treat a decision still subject to appeal as the final word.
This is a complete mockery of due process and fundamental fairness.
Even if City ultimately prevails, it will already have been punished in the court of public opinion. Years of reputational damage, attacks on the legitimacy of its accomplishments, and efforts to discredit the Club cannot simply be undone by a successful appeal.
And consider the broader picture.
A League historically dominated by a handful of established clubs adopts financial regulations that substantially favor those incumbents. Its chief executive, appointed through a process reportedly influenced by some of those same clubs, oversees an investigation into the challenger that broke their dominance. Charges arrive during that challenger’s greatest season. An anonymous commission, constituted under a disciplinary structure connected to the League, ultimately issues a guilty verdict based on evidence the public cannot examine.
Meanwhile, a partisan media and punditry demands that the Club be punished before the appeals process has run its course.
How could anyone reasonably expect City supporters not to question this process?
So, for those wondering why Manchester City supporters are sticking together, defending their Club, and refusing to accept the prevailing narrative, there’s your answer.
We’re entitled to demand transparency. We’re entitled to question whether the process has been fair. And we’re entitled to defend our Club against those who decided long ago what they wanted the outcome to be.
We will not apologize for any of that.
And we certainly won’t play the sad clowns that this deluded circus demands.

Truly shocking culture war on #BBCQT
Former Conservative now Reform UK's Suella Braverman who was born in London says,
"I'm not an English person"
Then suggests you can only be English if you have a lineage or ancestry which dates back a few generations.
A black man in the audience says he considers himself English because he was born here, and that she is enforcing a racist view that says being born here does not make you English.
Oli Dugmore, "The political function of what she was saying earlier is that you can only be English if you are white.. That is a racist point of view"
Fiona Bruce then repeatedly asks Suella Braverman to address Oli Dugmore's allegations, she repeatedly refuses to adding, "I do not call myself English, I am British Asian"
At the end, Freudian slip, "I don't consider myself to be white, er er er English. I'm Asian of Asian heritage. I don't see why that's controversial"
My view: Braverman is entitled to describe her own identity as British rather than English.
But turning that into a definition of who can be English is racial exclusion dressed up as patriotism.
A Black or Asian person born and raised here, speaking with the local accent, sharing the life and culture of this country, is no less English than anyone else.
England has never been a racial category. It is a country, a culture and a shared civic identity, and trying to make whiteness the entry requirement is both historically illiterate and deeply divisive.
Braverman has previously argued that people without generational ties to England should not claim to be English.
The Foreign Secretary didn’t just mention it. He said it twice.
“20,000 children.”
He repeated it so no one could look away. So the horror would sink in.
That should have been said long ago.
It wasn’t.
But it’s not too late.
It's time to sanction Israel.
Responding to our investigation, one of the UK's leading election lawyers explained why paying £32,500 for polling constituted donations to Reform:
“This is a donation just as much as giving a gift of money directly to Reform. It's money that's coming from America. That's a foreign donation that's prohibited in our law. An arrangement is being proposed to cover up the fact that it's an impermissible donation... and that can be a criminal offence.”

For God’s sake Jason Arday has children! Are these monsters trying to kill his children like they killed their father!!!
Arday’s grieving family are constituents of MP Bell Riberio-Addy and she has had to call the police on media presence outside their home, reporting from their home and hounding family members! The Police had to push them back yesterday!!
What the actual hell is wrong with these people?????? The media actually posted the name of his road in published articles!!!!
I’m so angry right now I’m shaking.

What a contrast Spain 🇪🇸 is to the UK 🇬🇧:
Lamine Yamal waves the 🇵🇸 flag
To then be attacked by Netanyahu 🇮🇱
For Pedro Sánchez,🇪🇸 PM, to spring to his defence:
‘We support free speech’
‘Solidarity with Yamal’
‘For speaking against genocide’
‘And for Palestinians 🇵🇸’
🇪🇸 💚 🇵🇸
🩵🇪🇸 David Silva:
“My agent told me I was crazy for turning down Real Madrid and Barcelona to join Manchester City.
I regret nothing. City gave me everything I dreamed of… My blood will stay blue forever.”
