Day 13 @SteelSeries & the parcel has still not arrived and you’ve still not responded to any of my messages. However, on a more positive note I have this week alone received 3 rescheduled delivery dates from @UPSHelp not bad seeing as we’re only on Tuesday, you total buffoons.

@SteelSeries now 10 days past the delivery date. I’ve posted 6 updates on your help portal and still no response from you. @UPSHelp still searching for lost parcel. If you were your customer when would you expect a reply?

@SteelSeries can you advise when you’ll respond to my delivery issue? It’s now 6 days past the delivery date and no signs of it anywhere @UPSHelp cannot investigate without a claim being raised but I cannot raise that claim as I don’t have all of the contact details. Please help!
@Arliearlie44 @SteelSeries@UPSHelp Thanks @Arliearlie44 looks like I'm in it for the long haul then. No response from @SteelSeries adds to the complications. Want someone to take responsibility instead of it being the consumer that has to push for resolution. @UPSHelp advise investigation will take 8-15 days.

So @UPS your query system doesn’t know anything and your representatives don’t know anything. The parcel managed to get from Denmark, through Sweden, Germany to the UK then it disappears... Apparently “operating conditions” absolves you of all responsibilities?
