I was lucky enough to get in touch with the agent after a tiny wait for 60 Minutes who then transferred the chats to Payment Desk and lucky to be in the queue of 37!

@ViCustomerCare Disappointment with your International Roaming Desk WhatsApp Support. I raised an issue on 12-02-23 & despite frequent follow-ups, there has been no response. It's sad messages being read but resolution.
