Literally everyone deserves to go out for dinner, buy coffees, wear quality clothing and have fun experiences whilst also being able to afford rent, groceries, bills & have a little left over for savings no matter what job they do. Why is that so absurd to some people?
i think long-term stress changes people quietly. you become less expressive, less excited, more tired, more detached, until one day you barely recognize the version of yourself that existed before survival mode.
things I've learned don't mean anything:
-sleeping together
-meeting their family
-no protection
-talking about the future
- calling for hours
-"I love you"
my mom says “If a man wants the benefits of having a good woman without the responsibility of being a good man. That’s not a partner. That’s a parasite.”
