Ok. I can’t believe this just happened. My kid is sitting in a beach chair with his hand casually in the sand, & suddenly goes “oh my god look.” He pulls up a girls wedding band. It says “April 16, 2016 I love you.” This was gone FOREVER until now. Seagrove, Fla…Find this lady!
James Carville's freakout over Democrat Socialists is reaching fever pitch.

🚨 JUST IN: Senator Mike Lee says the Senate is about to be BACK in session and that Republicans now have until August 8th for the SAVE America Act to be passed...
...or we CAN'T USE IT for the 2026 MIDTERMS
LEE: "Which would you rather have the Senate consider when it comes back into session next week? The SAVE America Act, or anything else?"
SAVE AMERICA ACT 💯
It needs to be passed through any means necessary. If it's in reconciliation, fire the parliamentarian. If it's not, nuke the zombie filibuster!
When the Senate is back in Session on Monday... Ted Cruz will chair the rules committee... bc of McConnell's absence
There are procedural moves he can make to advance the Save America Act.
Will the GOP majority on the Rules Committee follow his lead? And will he lead?

The IRGC claimed one vessel was struck after its forces fired a warning shot and ordered it to change course, Iran International reported.
The IRGC vowed any response by the US or allies would draw “severe” retaliation.

#new Senator John Thune has taken millions in campaign contributions from a labor lobby pushing amnesty for industries that are heavily reliant on foreign labor, according to a new accountability report.
#DC
Critics are now saying this is the reason Thune is refusing to work to pass the SAVE act in the Senate.
#Senate
According to the American Accountability Foundation's report, the Senate Majority Leader has taken about $1.58 million from agriculture, construction, hospitality, and elder-care sectors that depend on low-wage foreign workers.
"These industries are not neutral on immigration.
They are the financial engine behind the DIGNITY Act - the mass-legalization bill its backers brand “earned legal status” and critics correctly call amnesty"
Critics say this money explains why he has not forced a strong vote on the SAVE, which passed the House multiple times, and would require proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections, and photo ID to vote.
The report gets its information from Federal Election Commission data and has sparked immediate calls for Thune's resignation or removal from leadership.
According to the American Accountability Foundation:
The amnesty lobby's top checks to Thune
🔷️National Assn of Home Builders (BUILD PAC)
$107,500
2009–2025
🔷️American Seniors Housing Association
$82,500
2010–2025
🔷️National Restaurant Association
$70,000
2012–2026
🔷️Associated General Contractors of America
$39,000
2009–2025
🔷️National Roofing Contractors Association
$34,500
2005–2024
🔷️Mason Contractors Association of America
$8,000
2010–2024
"Every group above has formally endorsed the DIGNITY Act amnesty. The Home Builders' BUILD PAC alone has cut Thune 26 separate checks since 2009. "
"The National Restaurant Association — which endorsed the DIGNITY Act in June 2026 — has given across 17 checks stretching to 2026. These are not one-time donations. They are decades-long relationships."
Senator Thune has supported the SAVE Act, calling it "common sense" and said he would bring it to the floor for debate.
However, he has repeatedly claimed there are not enough Republican votes and refuses to nuke the filibuster.
"An aggressive enforcement regime, anchored by mandatory E-Verify, would be a death knell for the cheap-labor business model.:
" The donors know it. So, they pay to keep enforcement theoretical and amnesty alive — and the one man who could force the issue keeps the SAVE Act off the floor." - American Accountability Foundation

CNN has issued a statement to the Daily Beast regarding Scott Jennings' alleged 20-minute chat with Sen. Mitch McConnell.
"As a CNN Political Commentator, Scott Jennings is not a full-time employee or journalist for the network. His account of a personal conversation with Senator McConnell reflects his experience and is not CNN reporting."
Was CNN not able to verify their own political commentator's reporting?
🚨 HOLY SMOKES!! Sec. Marco Rubio just delivered a mic drop moment in the Cabinet room
"What I'm talking about is not the people of Iran. The people that run this country are RADICAL, SHIA CLERICS. These are religious FANATICS. Look what they are doing now at their WEAKEST point!"
"This is the weakest Iran has ever been, and look at what they're doing. They're attacking embassies. They're attacking hotels. Imagine what these people would do if they had a nuclear weapon!"
"That is an unacceptable risk for the world. By the way, the president's not just doing a favor to the United States and to our people. This is for the world!"
"He defined very clearly on the first night of this operation what the goal was. We were going to destroy Iran's navy, and that is happening. We were going to, if it hasn't already happened, I'll let Pete speak to the specifics of it, we were going to destroy their missile launching capabilities."
"We're well on our way to achieving that goal. We were going to destroy the factory so they couldn't make more missiles and more drones. And that is moving forward."
"Every single objective the president clearly laid out on the first night of this operation is being effectuated."
"For 47 YEARS, Iran has been killing Americans and attacking Americans across this planet. And other presidents had an opportunity to DO something about it, and they all warned about how Iran was dangerous, but they refused to act."
"And THIS president's not someone that's going to refuse to act. He's not going to leave a danger like this in place. He's going to address it, and that is what he is doing."

We brought Oliver home believing we were simply giving him a place to say goodbye. It sounds blunt, but that was our mindset. He was 14 years old, a senior mixed-breed dog with cloudy eyes and a slow, careful walk. His shelter file was labeled “hospice placement.” His previous family had surrendered him, saying he slept constantly and struggled to get around. We assumed we were offering him comfort for whatever time he had left. We set up thick orthopedic beds throughout the house. We added ramps to avoid the stairs. We planned for soft mornings and calm, quiet evenings. In our hearts, we thought we were preparing for a gentle farewell. Oliver had something entirely different in mind. The first week, he mostly slept. Not the restless kind of sleep, but the deep, peaceful rest of a dog who finally feels secure. By the second week, something shifted. He seemed to realize he wasn’t going back. This wasn’t temporary. This was home. During the third week, he discovered an old plush toy tucked in a basket. It wasn’t new or impressive. Just a worn, simple stuffed animal. But he carried it everywhere. That’s when the fragile dog we thought we were losing seemed to vanish. The pup who was said to “barely walk” began padding confidently through the house, toy held proudly in his mouth. The one who supposedly “slept all day” started nudging us awake at sunrise, plush prize in tow, ready to begin. In the evenings, he’d sit with it clutched close, almost protective, as if afraid it might disappear. That’s when it became clear. Oliver wasn’t fading because of age alone. He wasn’t giving up. He had been lonely. He had grown used to cold floors and feeling forgotten. Now he’s still 14. He sneaks food from the kitchen counter when we’re not looking. He races me to the backyard gate. And he continues to carry that same little stuffed toy, a quiet symbol that happiness found its way back to him. We may not have succeeded in providing hospice care. But we witnessed something better. We gave an old mixed-breed dog a reason to keep going, and in return, he reminded us that love doesn’t just extend a life. Sometimes, it restores it.
The thing that I keep thinking about is:
If the Senate is willing to withhold information from the American people about its own colleagues,
how can we even trust them for a second when they say, “We don’t have the votes.”
What else are they withholding?
Federal Government & Military | Mitch McConnell Intelligence Debrief – 07/10/2026
The individual observed at Senator Mitch McConnell's residence was driving a vehicle with Kentucky license plates and displaying an S-2 congressional placard, which I understand denotes Senate seniority.
A source, a lobbyist who lives nearby, informed me the individual is Senator McConnell and Elaine Chao's driver. I have not independently verified that information. Based on the Senate parking rules and other sources I have reviewed, however, it does not appear that this placard is intended to be used unless the senator or another authorized occupant is in the vehicle. If anyone has official guidance or documentation regarding the authorized use of Senate congressional placards, I would welcome that information.
Additionally, Niki Kozak sent me this publicly available YouTube video, which appears to feature Felipe Manalang and his wife, Rosemarie ("Marie") Manalang. If anyone speaks Tagalog and is willing to translate or provide context, your assistance would be appreciated.
Townsend out.
