Far too many adults, even elementary school teachers who are "forced" to teach math, have very low self-confidence and a Fixed Mindset about it. If a child's math foundation is built in elementary school, it is essential that all teachers also have solid foundations in math.

I continue to see #flippedclassroom benefits. With so many resources available such as Khan, AP, and Youtube videos I'm finding planning/choosing to be difficult. Maybe sharing all the resources, including my own videos, and letting kids choose? I feel that might overwhelm them.
