Oil was up to around $120 a barrel when gas was was $5.00 during the Biden Regime.

🚨 THIS HAPPENED IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

His name was Gary “Bubba” Blair. He was 43 years old.

He cared for his elderly father, adored his nephews and his dog Scrubby, and reportedly sang to residents of nursing homes.

Then he ended up inside the Chesterfield County Detention Center in Chesterfield, South Carolina.

Blair had been arrested for allegedly impersonating a law-enforcement officer. A judge later found him mentally incompetent to stand trial and ordered him into treatment.

But Blair remained in jail waiting for placement.

For 181 days.

In April, he wrote his father:

“I've lost about 90 pounds so far. I'm starving to death in here.”

Blair said he had no mattress, had gone 28 days without a shower, was being abused and assaulted, and had to drink from his toilet.

He also specifically named jail administrator Troy Ellerbe and James Dixon while alleging mistreatment of white inmates.

Blair tried to get help.

He wrote a Circuit Court judge begging for intervention.

But the address was reportedly wrong.

The letter was returned. The judge never received it.

Other inmates later alleged that the water to Blair's sink had been SHUT OFF and described watching him drink from his toilet.

They reportedly became so concerned that they filled an empty potato-chip bag with water and pushed it through the food slot in his door.

Most of the water spilled before reaching him.

His cell was reportedly filthy, with feces on the floor and walls.

Then, on July 24, 2026, Blair was found DEAD on the floor of his cell.

The autopsy finding was devastating:

Cause of death: profound dehydration due to deprivation of water.

Manner of death: HOMICIDE.

The examination also documented severe weight loss, pneumonia and pressure injuries. Reports concerning the autopsy described evidence consistent with Blair having consumed toilet water.

His condition had deteriorated so badly that family members said they didn't recognize him at the funeral home.

And then this happened:

Five days after Blair died, Chesterfield County Sheriff Cambo Streater FIRED jail administrator Troy Ellerbe.

Blair had specifically named Ellerbe in his letters before his death. Ellerbe's firing does not by itself establish that he personally caused Blair's death, and individual responsibility remains a matter for investigators and the courts.

But one fact demands an explanation:

A 43-year-old man was being held in a government detention facility, and his death was ruled a HOMICIDE caused by profound dehydration from DEPRIVATION OF WATER.

How was that allowed to happen?

His name was Gary “Bubba” Blair.

South Carolina deserves the full truth.

And whoever the evidence ultimately shows is responsible must be held accountable.
