@itssunpi I collected a go kart from a farm in Scotland recently. As we went into their house to sort the paperwork I locked the rental van and they were shocked. I explained living in a busy town, its a habit we have gotten into. Kind of eye opening

@itssunpi Pretty much spot on, I try to limit the time I am alone. However I do see a therapist once a month to help me navigate that area and be better at being alone. As well as being a better person for myself and those around me
