Unboarding the plane at 11a and texting the voucher at 11:59a after everyone sat on the plane for 2 hours is bad communication in your chain.

Now I am on the plane having NOT gotten to use the voucher, to be told the flight is delayed more.

@AirCanada - although I appreciate the voucher for $15 to help make up for a 4.5 hour delay in Toronto, texting it to all passengers of flight 1043 five min before boarding the for the 2nd time was not.
