I'm not investing in Vietnam because I haven't finished the research but im not sure why it matters to share once I find it if I even do. The contracts were being sold before Feb but in Feb they were made easier... idk but Vietnam is all state run so...still who benefits?

Vietnam began a new endeavor in February to contract out labor... tech labor. The US has contracted the most labor so far... all tech/chip. Oil is the distraction while the US contracts cheap Vietnamese tech labor as possible while manipulating the costs. That's the multiplier 🫡
